All firearm sales are final. Firearms cannot be returned or refunded once an order has been placed or shipped, except in cases where the firearm arrives damaged or defective. Any issues with a firearm must be reported within a reasonable time after transfer at the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms must be inspected at the FFL dealer prior to completing the transfer.
Ammunition sales are final. For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders for ammunition that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Accessories and non-regulated items may be eligible for return if unused, in original packaging, and returned within a reasonable time after delivery. Return approval is required prior to sending any item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Bayou Ridge Outdoors LLC.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment at the discretion of Bayou Ridge Outdoors LLC. Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled due to state or local restrictions may be canceled and refunded.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Bayou Ridge Outdoors LLC promptly with order details and supporting information. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
